Application Requirements

RESIDEBPG uses third-party screening companies to process all applications

To ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process, our apartment community has specific application requirements. Prospective residents must meet eligibility criteria, including income verification and background checks. Check out the full list of requirements below to see if you qualify for your new home today!

  • Completed and signed application for each future occupant 18 and over
  • $50 application fee for each future occupant 18 and over plus a *$200 holding deposit
  • Good standing credit (please note all credit reports are not the same and can vary.)
  • Gross monthly income must be equal to 3 times the monthly rent. Applicants are subject to verification and proof of income. To the extent applicable, approval criteria will be verified by a third-party screening vendor.

Examples of acceptable income verifying documentation may include:

  • Two (2) consecutive pay stubs.
  • An offer letter from a future employer which is subject to verification from the employer.
  • Tax returns or a 1099(s) if self-employed.Bank statements as required to verify income.
  • Most recent social security, SSI or SSD award letter.Tax returns, or other reliable documentation to verify income.
  • Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted and will be considered in determining income qualification.

In addition to meeting income criteria set forth above, the following criteria will also be applied:

  • No current or prior eviction filings or debt actions;
  • No current or prior outstanding judgements;
  • Must not have been non-renewed at any property owned or managed by BPG;
  • Must pass a criminal background check;
  • Must provide valid government issued photo ID for each applicant which is subject to verification;

A guarantor will be considered only if the applicant(s) fails to meet the income requirements. For a guarantor to be approved, they must have a credit score of 700 or higher, must earn five (5) times the monthly rent, no landlord/tenant debt or judgments, and must pass a background screening. The guarantor’s income is subject to the same verification as the applicant’s income.

To apply online, click here. Search for availability and select the floor plan that you are interested in to begin the application process, to make your payment you will be redirected to RentPayment. Once the application is complete a member of the staff will reach out to you for next steps.

All supporting documents must be submitted within 24-hours of the application. All leases must be signed within 24-hours of approval. Failure to do so may result in cancelling your application and forfeiting your $200 hold deposit

*$200 hold fee is applied to first month’s rent. Fee is only refundable if the application is not approved. Nonrefundable if applicant cancels for any reason.

In compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act, you are hereby informed that an investigative consumer report may be made as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. Additional information will be obtained through employers, landlords, banks, finance companies, tax returns, credit reporting agencies or similar sources.
